Audiovisual

The primary purpose of the audiovisual collection is instructional support.  This means first priority is given to meeting the classroom needs of owc instructors.  The bulk of the collection, however, is available for individual use.  Cassettes, CDs, and records may be checked out, but videotapes and DVDs must be watched in the LRC using equipment provided for individual use.

The audiovisual materials and multimedia room are to the far right of the reference desk.  The multimedia room houses the record collection as well as a record player, typewriter, and CD/cassette player.  The DVD player and video players are located along the wall in front of the multimedia room.   For assistance in locating or using audiovisual items contact the Reference desk
